• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• We do not offer returns for lip products, unless the quality of the product advertised isn’t what is received.
• You must request a return within 2 days of receiving your order.
• Only items purchased through rlgcosmetics.com are eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or opened beauty products.
• Sale items or promotional offers.
• Products damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery.

How to Initiate a Return
1. Email customerservice@rlgcosmetics.com with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to ship the item back.
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our part.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
