While we always strive to get your products to you quickly, processing may take a little longer during these times. Typically, it takes 1-2 working days for us to process all orders.

Once you’ve completed your order, you’ll see a confirmation screen, and we’ll send you an email with your order number so you can track your purchase.

NATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer FREE Standard Shipping within the UK for orders over £80 and FREE Nigerian shipping on orders over ₦100,000. Only our Abuja and UK customers can enjoy next-day shipping, depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout. For UK and Nigerian standard shipping, expect delivery within 3-5 working days. Shipping costs may vary based on your package’s weight and postal code, and we’ll show you the rates during checkout before you pay. Please note, any orders placed after 12 pm will be processed the next business day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We’re happy to ship internationally! The shipping cost depends on your destination and the total weight of your package. You can easily calculate shipping costs by adding items to your cart and selecting your country during checkout. Please double-check your shipping address and order details before hitting that ‘place order’ button! Once your package leaves our hands, it’s up to the shipping courier to ensure delivery. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to SPAIN. If your package is returned to us, we’ll issue a full refund, but you’ll need to place a new order with an updated address if you still want your items. Standard International shipping usually takes 10-15 working days, depending on the method chosen at checkout, your country’s destination, and customs clearance.

Please note: RLG Cosmetics cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs, natural events, transportation strikes, or any additional fees once the package leaves the UK.

Nigeria (Nationwide)

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery Time: 3–5 working days.
  • Logistics Partner: GIG Logistics (GIGL).
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order is dispatched (your order number is mostly you track id, if you are tracking on our official website).

SHIPPING ACROSS AFRICA

  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
  • Delivery Time: 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Logistics Partner: DHL Express.
  • Customs & Duties: Applicable customs fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

 

International Shipping (UK & Beyond)

  • Signed for standard UK shipping is within 3 business days and processing time is within 1-2 business days.
  • International Processing Time: 1– 2 business days.
  • Delivery Time: 7–15 business days.
  • Customs & Duties: All international orders may be subject to customs charges. These must be covered by the customer.

RETURN POLICY

At RLG Cosmetics, your satisfaction means everything to us. While we stand by the quality of our products, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Our return policy is clear, simple, and fair.

Eligible Returns

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • We do not offer returns for lip products, unless the quality of the product advertised isn’t what is received.
  • You must request a return within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • Only items purchased through rlgcosmetics.com are eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened beauty products.
  • Sale items or promotional offers.
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery.

How to Initiate a Return
1. Email customerservice@rlgcosmetics.com with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to ship the item back.
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our part.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
